Secure Messaging
With MedXsecure you now
have the option of sending a message securely. With
just the click of a button, our system will allow you
to choose a password for the intended recipient, set an
expiration date, and have the ability to retract a
message if it is not opened by a specified time.
When you
send a message securely, our system will automatically
notify the recipient that a secure message is waiting
for them and only with the correct username and
password will they be able to open it. Our system will
automatically log when the message was sent and what
time it was opened, providing you with a detailed audit
trail of all secure traffic.

Makes faxing

to one or to a hundred is as easy as sending an email.
With our secure fax option you can send text,
spreadsheets and graphical images from your stored
documents including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher,
and dozens of other acceptable file formats to any fax
machine in the world. You can even send to fax machines
and to email addresses at the same time.
With secure
fax you can send fax documents directly from your email
client software (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora,
etc.) by typing in the fax number followed by
@fax.send2fax.com.
You can also scan documents with signatures and
annotations, and then fax them to one or multiple fax
recipients or email addresses. You don't have a
scanner? No problem. Just fax the document from a fax
machine to your personal inbound fax number. The
document will then be accessible from your email client
for immediate or future faxing.
Electronic Lockbox
The
MedXsecure electronic Lockbox is our secure storage
technology that will allow you to maintain confidential
information on our VPN that is accessible from any
remote location in the case of an emergency. Use it to secure
